How does the credit card deposit work? ▼
At pickup we'll pre-authorise a deposit on your card (not charge it). It's a flat $200 across all cameras. Once the gear is returned in good condition, the pre-auth is released — usually within 1–3 business days.
Where is pickup located? ▼
We're based in Perth, Western Australia. After booking, we'll reach out and arrange a convenient pickup spot within the metro area that suits your location and schedule. We're pretty flexible!
What if the camera gets damaged? ▼
Minor wear is expected. For accidental damage beyond normal use, a repair/replacement fee may be assessed at return — this is covered in the rental agreement signed at pickup. We always have an honest conversation first.
Can I extend my rental while I have the camera? ▼
Absolutely! Just get in touch before your return date and we'll sort out an extension. Subject to availability. Additional days are billed at the same daily rate.
What ID do I need at pickup? ▼
We require a valid Australian driver's licence or passport, plus the card you used for payment (or the card to be deposited). Both must be in the name on the booking.
Is the equipment insured? ▼
Our equipment is maintained and tested before each rental. We do not include comprehensive rental insurance — renters are responsible for the equipment during the rental period, as outlined in the rental agreement.
Can I rent multiple cameras? ▼
Yes! Use the custom booking option or contact us directly. Group and multi-camera bookings may be eligible for a discount — just ask our AI assistant or reach out.
